SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are tried to be shipped within 24 hours (except orders placed on Friday or on Holidays since UPS does not operate on Weekends and/or Holidays)

We ship International as well as Domestic

We are connected to the UPS website and all order will be calculated based on the selected UPS method of shipping. Sometimes we use USPS if it helps to expedite orders. Please be aware that orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern time will ship the next working day.

"USPS International" must be selected for all international orders.

RETURN POLICY

Return items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving merchandise. All items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped, and in their original factory "sealed" box. No used/opened toys can be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged due to transit please email us before returning the it. Describe the damages and the condition the shipping box arrived in. In most cases UPS will inspect/pick up the item at your location.
